To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日冇事週街hea....茶癮起....見勁多人排隊就試下la ..因為好多人等位..決定一路等位一路tick點心...咁一坐低就有得食la 餐具係藍白配搭..好靚....一點都唔似中式茶樓..好似去左飲西茶咁 一坐低前菜有花生, 甜酸菜, 同齋腸仔, 甜酸菜爽口, 唔會太酸, 腸仔雖然淡但有咬口, 花生好香脆, 花生味香濃, 個前菜有少少辣辣地, 不過唔食得辣的人都食到, 越食越開胃, 好耐冇試過差唔多清左盤前菜 主菜到 叫左潮州煎芋茸綠茶粿, 煎藕餅, 菠蘿叉燒包, 鳳爪, 珍珠雞, 菜苗餃, 水晶包, 魚腐千層腐皮 同咖啡糕潮州煎芋茸綠茶粿 - 本來以為粿會較硬同好甜....但呢個好清, 皮薄, 食落軟冧冧, 芋茸又夠多, 不過可惜用的芋頭唔夠香, 同埋煎得較油膩菠蘿叉燒包 - 菠蘿皮好香..外脆內軟..皮薄餡靚煎藕餅 - 入面有一粒粒的蓮藕粒....唔同出面食開的藕餅, 呢款肉比較多, 蓮藕較少, 口感彈牙而唔爽, 不過肉調味好好, 雖然係煎但唔覺油膩 鳳爪, 菜苗餃 - 鳳爪唔會煮得太冧, 啱啱好, 有點咬口又不至于入口即爛, 可惜味道唔夠濃, 菜苗餃有別一般酒樓

潮州煎芋茸綠茶粿 - 本來以為粿會較硬同好甜....但呢個好清, 皮薄, 食落軟冧冧, 芋茸又夠多, 不過可惜用的芋頭唔夠香, 同埋煎得較油膩

菠蘿叉燒包 - 菠蘿皮好香..外脆內軟..皮薄餡靚

煎藕餅 - 入面有一粒粒的蓮藕粒....唔同出面食開的藕餅, 呢款肉比較多, 蓮藕較少, 口感彈牙而唔爽, 不過肉調味好好, 雖然係煎但唔覺油膩 

鳳爪, 菜苗餃 - 鳳爪唔會煮得太冧, 啱啱好, 有點咬口又不至于入口即爛, 可惜味道唔夠濃, 菜苗餃有別一般酒樓, 呢個係全菜的, 一粒肉都冇,好健康, 皮唔會痴牙, 厚度適中

珍珠雞 - 糯米香但唔會好痴牙, 有旦王同細細粒的蝦, 味道尚可, 唔會太乾

魚腐千層腐皮
- 係我的最愛...魚腐同腐皮一層夾一層..食得出魚的香味同腐皮的滑...個"獻"又唔會太濃, 清清地好似食緊老少平安咁.. 好健康

咖啡糕 - 第一啖入口好似飲緊雀巢個隻絲滑咖啡咁...味道好似...咖啡味好重...白色奶凍部份好幼滑...啡色啫喱部份就好爽


水晶包 - 有分蓮蓉同紅豆2個口味, 可惜個皮太硬, 蓮蓉同紅豆餡又太甜

去潮州酒樓最后一定唔少得功夫茶la...算係為啱啱食完的大餐消下滯都唔錯
