To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

悠閒早餐

今一放假喺北角港運城嘅分店食咗個悠閒嘅早餐，依間餐廳環境幾好好乾淨，員工亦都好Nice，我揀咗一個牛角包，腸仔炒蛋，仲有熟蕃茄，1個羅宋湯長通粉，一杯熱咖啡。落order好快，但係出餐真係好慢，差唔多等左15分鐘，但啲嘢食都係唔係好熱。食物嘅味道還好，咖啡都好香幾好飲。而我太太就食咗一個蘑菇汁長通粉加雞扒，佢啲蘑菇汁幾好食，雞排份量適中，但係食完之後你會覺得好飽！建議大家要預早少少或者預多啲時間去食，因為真係花好長時間先食到呢個早餐。
