今晚相約朋友食飯,其中一個朋友話呢間既賣點係一塊牛會用8小時,慢慢煮,咁同行無人反對就去左呢間喇。啲餐具好靚,個環境好岩幾個朋友聚下舊,傾吓計。首先一人一枝手工啤,我本身唔係好飲酒,所以帶咗枝甜啲嘅酒黎試吓。我嗰枝係北歐雜莓手工啤,好甜,好少酒味,好好飲。呢個芝士包都幾好食,啲包好軟熟,芝士嘅份量其實都幾多嘅,不過我呢個芝士怪就覺得唔夠芝士。前面係西冷,點左兩人份量。好香牛肉味,好腍,唔會整到好韌。後面係豬仔骨,咁岩食左舊無骨,好好味,又係整得好腍。呢個豬鞍好似蘋果批嘅味,好清新好特別,都係好好味。最後仲有個薯條,係新鮮炸嘅,如果有芝士就正到爆。
