To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為全家都愛吃泰菜，紅日假期晚上母親大人想外出用膳，我們便選了這間餐廳試試。雖然是公眾假期，但竟然可以即日在open rice 訂座，除了免卻假期人多等位之苦，更享有7折優惠，認真很方便又划算！可能位置不太便利，當晚餐廳未見滿座。不過少了人多的嘈雜聲，用餐時更覺寫意。我們點了幾個菜，一貫泰菜香口惹味，賣相也十分精美，只是炒菜略嫌咸了一點點。飲品方面點了兩個椰青，size比一般泰菜餐廳的大，椰青水很清甜，質素很好。總結來說，如果大家想找個舒適的地方和家人或朋友聚會，這餐廳是個不錯的選擇。
