To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 悠閒下午茶

仙跡岩係我讀書嗰陣同一班同學仔嘅回憶。印象中仙跡岩係第一間係香港賣珍珠奶茶既店舖，我哋放學後都會去飲嘢。最深刻係一杯叫「隨便」嘅飲品。每個人叫「隨便」都唔一樣。同一個人每次叫都係唔一樣。好特別！當然有人唔鍾意啦，因為有時唔知嗰杯係咩黎。今日放半day，過吓慢活生活，唔洗趕，放慢十倍速度，好舒服。經過佐敦見到仙跡岩，好耐無去過，上去坐吓hea吓。上到樓，可惜窗邊位置滿座，只好事但坐一張。下午茶時間食件cake，嘆杯珍珠奶茶都唔錯。其實食完lunch食唔落其他嘢，不過大家都話甜品係另一個胃，所以就咁決定。本來想食雲石蛋糕，缺貨轉食Tiramisu。味道麻麻，完全唔甜。後來先知係少鹽少糖食店。珍珠奶茶甜道就啱啱好，不過我都係少糖飲食嘅人。得閒黎食吓下午茶其實都幾舒服。希望下次有窗邊位啦!
