To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個悠閒的星期六,入左大尾篤逛一逛食個午餐,揀了泰菜,實很久沒去過大尾篤,雖然家住大埔,其實入去都要成15-20分鐘。講回食物,四大一B點了幾款食物!泰式簿餅:味道一般,略嫌硬左少少,而且都係要有D咖喱汁蘸蘸下先好味!泰式酸辣牛柳:一道很開胃的菜,夠辣,牛肉唔o鞋口,不錯!泰式干炒牛河:干粉切成類似陳村粉咁,係一塊塊唔係一條條,而牛肉用免治形式,唔係我地一般食的牛河模樣,但炒得不錯,又夠辣,反而一塊塊河粉挾起黎仲方便D!冬蔭公湯:材料足,上檯後再煲熱D,蝦好大隻,湯真夠酸,吃飲的會鍾意,不愛湯水的我,麻麻!泰式豬頸肉:硬身,有待改善,反而覺得上水街市大排檔好過佢好多!菠蘿雞肉炒飯(碟上):一道小朋友食的炒飯!用上鮮菠蘿,十分好!泰式蝦春卷:上檯時熱辣辣燙口,大大隻蝦,GOOD!埋單差不多四百!假日之選

泰式簿餅:味道一般,略嫌硬左少少,而且都係要有D咖喱汁蘸蘸下先好味!
泰式酸辣牛柳:一道很開胃的菜,夠辣,牛肉唔o鞋口,不錯!
