To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個週末早上,於南區辦完事,回家途中想順道找個可放空一會的地方吃午餐, 於是 ...這附近全是上班地方,與地鐵站還有點距離,滿以為星期六會沒什麼人氣,但到達後才發現,這主打英國菜的餐廳,還是幾近半滿, OpenRice 果然沒有介紹錯!哪 “All Day Breakfast” 不是最heavy的那種,所以沒有逼爆碟的感覺,當然煎條香腸加隻蛋這種菜式,不可能會輸,它當然也沒有。有驚喜的是哪“炸魚薯條”,不要以為這只是英國街頭小食,其實在一般餐廳或酒吧也很普遍,就等於我們能在酒店、酒家、茶餐廳、甚至大排檔,都可以吃“黯然銷魂飯”一樣。但要做得好,當然不簡單,最起碼就是那魚柳要新鮮,處理得宜,不帶腥味,炸漿 、配料、賣相、甚至薯條都要一絲不苟,我們面前這客炸魚薯條完全做得到。最後很窩心的,原來我剛申請的信用卡,在這有咖啡買一送一優惠,雖然是送的,但端出來這兩杯咖啡仍很認真,很好,很滿意!
