Restaurant: Pak Loh Chiu Chow Restaurant (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友鍾意飲茶食點心,收工就約佢到時代廣場百樂潮州酒家飲茶,酒家裝修高貴優雅,雖然佢哋唔係平,但食物水準高,坐得舒適,啱哂傾計閒聊,貴少少都值😅侍應姐姐十分有禮貌招待我哋,坐低就立即開茶,我哋點咗幾款點心食😊雜菌XO醬炒腸粉腸粉用雜菌、韮黃同XO醬炒,十分惹味,估唔到用簡簡單單嘅材料,都炒到咁好食😋蟹籽鮮蝦燒賣每次飲茶都點🤭,燒賣大大粒,粒粒原隻蝦仁爽口彈牙👍,冇得輸😂蜜汁叉燒包叉燒包size 細細個,叉燒粒手切,醬汁適中,唔太多😋福果芋泥係酒家招牌甜品,見其他枱嘅食客都有點,梗係要試下😅,用芋頭打成蓉,加適量嘅糖造成芋泥,清甜好食,質感綿密有芋香,甜度剛剛好,甜品控嘅我,食到停唔到口🤩
