To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末來到人多車多的銅鑼灣,在時代廣場行到累了過來嘆茶實在不錯。雖然是茶樓但環境清靜,座位也坐得舒適,適逢下午三時,不用等位。糖醋伊麵 (推薦指數 8/10)糖醋伊麵顧就是煎好一餅麵,可以點白砂糖也有佐以醋的酸。伊麵煎得剛好,味道清徹沒有油膩的感覺。香煎蠔烙 (推薦指數 5/10)吃潮菜當然必點的蠔餅!這裡蛋較多,略嫌不夠鮮味也偏油膩。燒賣皇 (推薦指數 8/10)燒賣皇有好大的蝦仁,咬起來很實在的感覺,感覺沒有用肥豬肉充撐。潮洲粉果 (推薦指數 5/10)不過不失,沒有特別好味,只屬一般。
