To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到中央圖書館借返本書探過下午茶，我會揀去呢一間delifrance。慳呢度環境優美可以坐出露天，喺露天一路曬太陽一路飲嘢係一個賞心悅目的享受。首先我嗌咗個卡邦尼意粉呢度用上正宗意大利卡邦尼意意粉咬落煙䟴彈牙配上意粉醬同埋火腿淡淡都係醒胃。之後就叫咗杯柚子橘子梳打透心涼的感覺柚子橘子梳打太甜解渴消暑之選。最後叫咗個杏仁方塊磚，杏仁方塊脆卜卜杏仁未豐富用來做下午茶就最啱喇。呢度客戶服務員好有禮值得推介
