好朋友生日當然要好好慶祝一番~ 原本想book tea但PANO個電話長期都唔通而且online booking system又唔見有afternoon tea嘅timeslots,見lunch menu都唔錯就去試試啦~餐廳安排左近落地大玻璃嘅位置比我地,座擁一覽無際嘅維港景色,又有自然光微微透入,令人心情超靚。Design同setting都好classy,悠閒咁嘆個lunch真係好正~揀左3 courses lunch (appetizer, soup/salad, main course),比起lunch menu嘅是日甜品拿破崙,我地覺得a la carte嘅Smoked Chocolate Lava Tart 更吸引,所以決定另外order dessert。先嚟法包同芝士脆片。Appetizer嘅Red Prawn Carpaccio with prawn oil 嘅 presentation好吸睛,成幅畫咁。紅蝦薄薄一片片,伴上三文魚籽同超的骰嘅蕃茄波波,鮮味十足。另一款appetizer揀左French Oyster with cucumber dill jus,繼的骰蕃

另一款appetizer揀左French Oyster with cucumber dill jus,繼的骰蕃茄波波後又有青瓜波波,青瓜醬十分出,非常特別但略嫌有點蓋過生蠔本生嘅味道。

主菜嘅Slow Cocked French Chicken Leg Roll with prawn ravioli 份量唔多但好特別好有驚喜,雞卷外皮超crispy,咬落啖啖肉好過癮,而蝦肉小雲吞都好有咬勁,唔錯唔錯。

Smoked Chocolate Lava Tart 端上嘅時候有煙幕效果,仲幫忙準備左生日牌,非常貼心。一切開流心朱古力就慢慢出嚟,甜度適中,仲配vanilla ice cream超滿足!

整個experience係視覺同味覺嘅享受,擺盤用心,侍應生係上每一款菜式前都細心同客人介紹,service同態度好,同好朋友度過左愉快嘅一個下午,誠意推介~
(P.S. 有關book afternoon tea嘅疑惑,餐廳話afternoon tea只係周末提供,要經電話預約同十二月booking已full … 出年2022年一月booking要等十二月先entertain。但其實我試過keep住連續幾日係餐廳12:00一開門同分唔同時段打佢個電話都auto telephone message同refer link 比我make online reservation ,但online reservation 完全冇tea time嘅時間,但餐廳堅持話係有電話先打唔通,睇嚟要試到佢個tea 係mission impossible…)
