To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

情人節晚餐

其實來濠已經是差不多一個月之前的事了~那是2月13日我們提早了一天慶祝情人節=v=因為有COUPON所以有七折(但加一還是以原價計算)這次的主題是鵝肝魚翅龍蝦魚翅...無乜特別,覺得好似碗仔翅... =0=龍蝦是半邊細細隻個種芝士焗, 每人有半隻...另外有即場炮製既蒜香和牛粒~幾香幾好味~基本上這次我是衝著鵝肝而來的...它是由師傅即場煎的, 我見他有放了一點鹽和胡椒調味,但可能放得不夠多吧...有點腥...其他菜式沒甚麼特別的, 有蟹腳, 蝦...壽司刺身, 和一些熱盤...值得一提的是刺身都算新鮮...而且很厚切~另外每位有一杯餐飲, 即係咖啡茶個D 啦~如果要任飲果汁, 啤酒就每位加$38...但我無要啦~overall 我覺得都幾抵食...但如果無coupon我又唔會以$268既正價食lor...正價就唔抵了...

基本上這次我是衝著鵝肝而來的...
它是由師傅即場煎的, 我見他有放了一點鹽和胡椒調味,
但可能放得不夠多吧...有點腥...

其他菜式沒甚麼特別的, 有蟹腳, 蝦...壽司刺身, 和一些熱盤...值得一提的是刺身都算新鮮...而且很厚切~

另外每位有一杯餐飲, 即係咖啡茶個D 啦~
如果要任飲果汁, 啤酒就每位加$38...但我無要啦~

overall 我覺得都幾抵食...
但如果無coupon我又唔會以$268既正價食lor...
正價就唔抵了...
