To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚情人節,老公帶我去食好西佢一早BOOK左聘珍樓話同我去食中菜(大肚之後硬係覺得中菜係正氣野)蒜泥煙鴨胸: 蒜味好香,一上枱已經聞到! 鴨胸略帶D咸咸地,但係都可以接受。肉質幾嫩滑,而且好煙韌,放入口之後有咀嚼感,肥膏亦唔多,皮又唔算肥,整體黎講我都覺得瘦肉比較多,味道好鮮美,食多幾件都唔怕!不過食完蒜之後個口會有少少味,食粒薄荷糖清下口氣~揚州炒飯: 料有少少菜﹑帶子仔﹑瑤柱絲﹑豬肉粒等等。份量都算幾多,2個人食每人都食到3碗仔酒樓碗,”筆”上黎都聞到好香既瑤柱味,外面食既通常都無瑤柱既,呢度有令我有D驚喜!豬肉粒就好”林”,一入口即融咁,都唔知係咩豬肉XD我最欣賞係佢個獻汁,咸咸地,但係好入味,因為獻汁都幾多,所以食到第2碗飯既時候已經有D膩,不過整體上都唔錯。
