To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聘珍樓在觀塘扎根多年,因為位置原因很少在此用餐,今日偶爾到此才得知長者平日飲茶有9折優惠。餐廳很大,餐枱也多,相信假日也未必要排隊等候。鳳眼餃的頂部以一片綴以蟹籽的薄帶子封蓋,餡料以蝦仁為主,相比蝦餃,鳳眼餃的短處便是餃皮不夠韌性。上湯鮮竹卷不過不失,盅內有很多魚肚令點心增添不少口感。因為牛油果之名,所以點選此點心,但此炸物跟平常的明蝦角分別不太,吃罷才醒起有吃到牛油果嗎?叉燒包焗得金黃,色澤誘人,酥皮也做得厚而脆甜,輕輕一咬便碎,是可口的西式包點。帶子腸饀料有點碎,腸粉也有點油,其他便無不妥。蘿蔔比較硬,而且未完全轉透明,幸好主角金錢肚炆得十分軟腍,而且帶纖維口感。燒腩肉用的是五花腩,燒得皮脆肉濕潤,調味也恰好,不會過咸,伴碟的醃蘿蔔絲是解膩佳品。蔬菜選擇不多,只有白灼時蔬和鮮竹銀杏津白,如果有更多選擇便好了。芝麻糕是為朋友而點因她是芝麻卷控,但相對芝麻卷,口感還是稍有不及。

上星期team building食lunch,同事揀咗去聘珍樓,之前未黎過,唔知原來觀塘都有地方靚坐得舒服既中菜。食得幾開心,埋單先知做緊8折,可以同屋企人再嚟!開胃前菜叉燒海蜇好大碟,叉燒肥瘦剛好,夠淋。同事訂咗龍蟠鱔,豆豉味好濃,唔識食鱔試咗2舊,都幾多肉同滑,個汁可以送飯。個湯好正食物質素幾好,觀塘返工位置算方便,D侍應忙但服務可以,個用餐體驗唔錯。加埋個8折好抵,不過唔知優惠做到幾時。

放假專登走過來,卻換來失望 🙈,以後只會晚市光臨了 😛醬炒蘿蔔糕:說好的炒目測是炸,糕底也偏散 😂蠔仔肉碎粥:蠔仔算飽滿,方魚提提味,清清的還吃到蠔味上湯鮮竹卷:清清的鵪鶉蛋燒賣:正常水平鮮蝦蒸腸粉:腸粉可以,用上不相襯的豉油流沙奶黃包:餡料偏少,沒想像中的流沙灌湯餃:清清的山水豆腐花:💔蛋白杏仁茶:❤️總括來說點心不見出色,略為失望 😛

今晚一家人去食飯慶祝母親節,揀選咗呢間酒樓食,屋企人之前食過話都唔錯!本身想叫佢哋嘅北京填鴨同埋蒸白鱔~點知酒樓話,今個星期因為要做母親節套餐為主,所以以上嗰兩個餸都冇,我哋極為失望…….最後我哋散叫咗幾樣嘢,包括上湯龍蝦伊麵,半隻燒鵝,半隻炸脆雞,半隻豉油雞,翡翠龍躉片,糖醋骨,芥末海蜇,燒腩仔等等嘅菜…仲叫咗啲甜品,例如黑芝麻糕,紅豆沙…..最後我哋一家人嘅評語都係覺得呢一間酒樓嘅餸菜味道一般,中規中矩。總消費$2700

中午在觀塘飲茶實在有好多選擇,不過論食物質素、價錢、服務,這裡算是不錯的選擇。我和家人12:30到達,近落地玻璃窗邊的位置已全被坐滿了!我們點了幾個點心:鵪鶉蛋燒賣、帶子腸粉、脆皮燒肉、鮮竹銀杏津白,和瑤柱嫩雞煨麵。食物味都ok,分量足夠,價錢合理。埋單時,仲有長者9折優惠👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
