呢個位已經轉左好多手,其實以平民酒樓黎講,之前幾間都幾好,但係唔知點解幾年就換一換,唔知係咪有人無良定真係轉手!Anyway,原本諗住同家人去七喜,但係時間夜左,驚無位,所以轉左去飲茶,一時醒唔起係酒樓新年做新年菜式,變左菜式擇不多。燒味雙併﹕出乎意料好味,燒腩算幾正,五層樓,皮脆但係可以再好D,叉燒有D叉燒皇既質素,瘦而淋!生炒骨﹕比平時食差左,可能新年關係,粉多過肉,個汁幾好味都無用!清蒸頭腩 / 炒斑球﹕皮厚煙韌肉結實,火候岩岩好,正…油鹽水菜蕊﹕菜價貴,用左唔好粉絲頂住,平日都唔係咁既,菜蕊唔夠淋咁!燒乳鴿﹕熱騰騰,可惜皮唔脆口。不過大大隻,肉香多汁兼入味,唔脆口都食得滿意!其實呢間D紅豆沙唔錯,可惜當日未有供應,實在可惜!
