To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不得不承認食delifrance 係有D情意結, 由中學時期就開始食, 嘩! 都十幾二十年了。那時仲未有意粉食架, 淨係得三文治同包類。想當年第一次係數$25一個餐, 個三文治食到飽一飽咁。當然, 而家係無呢枝歌仔唱啦。因為都食過唔係分店既delifrance, 呢到同其他比較真係無咁舒服, 可能係因為無窗, 唔開陽, 好似有d焗咁。而食物都OK 既, 今次叫左肉醬薯蓉千層麵, 都好熱騰騰的, 應該係即叫即焗既。識整野食既朋友會知道, 呢個菜自己整係要花多D時間, 所以出街食好似抵D咁。
