由鑽石山大磡村老舖開始,已經很喜歡詠藜園的擔擔麵,麵條以人手打成,富蛋香又爽滑。後來搬去黃埔美食坊後,裝修變得富麗堂皇,感覺上平民小食都升了格。最近得知原來觀塘裕民坊的千歲擔擔麵是詠藜園的新品牌,裝修變回平民格局,清雅簡潔。千歲除了擔擔麵外,少不了其他點心小食如小籠包抄手之類,當然亦有其他京川滬小菜。楊家小籠包自家製小籠包新鮮熱辣,皮薄煙韌,肉汁豐富鮮甜。酸辣麵原以為是上海菜館的酸辣麵款式,原來是擔擔麵的變奏,變成酸辣湯底。詠藜園擔擔麵傳統的手打擔擔麵以濃香花生醬做湯底,加上肉碎榨菜等帶有咬口,簡單惹味。生煎包 生煎包外層鬆軟,底部蘸上芝麻粒,煎得香脆,與外層形成強烈對比。蔥油薄餅 蔥油餅做得薄身,帶青蔥香氣,外酥內軟。豆沙鍋餅 上海甜點中最喜愛豆沙鍋餅,外皮炸得香脆,豆沙餡香滑軟熟,熱辣辣的入口,非常美味。
