To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔鐘意食譚仔已經好多年，一黎覺得米線淡而無味，二黎就算嗌左少米，都冇胃口食晒全碗。但今個暑假開始，自從嗌左蒜泥白肉，我就對譚仔改觀喇～.近幾次黎食都係嗌一碗米線，一個大蒜泥白肉，一杯野飲，肚餓會再加小食。除左唔會過飽，每人埋單$40左右。不過咁配搭都係兩個人食先抵，所以我諗都唔會自己黎食架喇tt.我覺得蒜泥白肉真係譚仔嘅靈魂！😍👍🏻好多蒜泥👍🏻白肉切得好薄，食落唔覺「鞋」👍🏻肥瘦比例適中👌🏻唔知點解今次有麻辣味，平時食豬耳先麻辣架嘛👀真心推介米線配生菜，可以夾住白肉食😋野飲又係嗌左咸檸七😂
