離開煩囂的鬧市,今天和友人到郊外走走,順便一嚐友人介紹泰越特色餐廳。餐廳裝潢以木質為主,越色味濃。牆上放有外語書本和空酒瓶,木牆上有白色的繪圖,配上銅雕刻,別具特色。服務員耐心為我講解食物的味道和特色。店員推薦無骨海南雞飯,肉質鮮嫩,拆骨後也不會影響到雞隻外觀。吃下去有陣陣雞油香,油脂分佈平均,雞皮較薄。泰式酸辣鳳爪,外觀似沙律般,帶有西芹,蕃茄仔,洋蔥,生菜和紅蘿蔔。味道偏酸帶辣,鳳爪爽口彈牙。愛辣的朋友可以一試。泰式肉碎生菜包,生菜份量較多,有約七、八塊,色澤翠綠新鮮。肉碎內有洋蔥,蕃茄和青瓜。肉碎肥瘦適中,偏辣有咬口,配上生菜的爽口,令人食指大動。到泰國餐廳必試的是椰子水,餐廳原隻椰子上碟。椰子表皮乾淨,味道清新。店家細心配上匙羹讓客人把椰子肉刮出品嘗。友人飲的龍眼冰,味道清甜,龍眼肉軟身偏甜。泰國的熱情和越南的火辣,讓人置身於世外桃源。餐廳的氣氛讓人樂而忘返。
