下午茶high tea來說,除了去酒店吃,中環樓上鋪的都很有高質~Grandma's Scone~很香牛油味,外層脆身但不油膩~Moono Tart~有兩款味道,朱古力及吉士味,朱古力味的內裡有一層流心拖肥,但不會很甜,味道剛好,而吉士味的是冰凍的,像泡芙般,頂部還有些脆卜卜的粒粒~香煎帶子紅燒肉~帶子厚度差不多有一吋,很厚身,肉質嫩滑,紅燒肉能看到肥肉跟瘦肉一層一層間格的,吃起來甘香~香蔥煎蠔小薄餅~有點像平日燒味吃到的薑蔥味,跟蠔原來是十分夾,配上一小片的薄餅,把油份都吸收起來,很好吃~芥末八爪魚五色海苔沙律~芥末八爪魚很惹味,那種刺鼻的感覺很醒神,配上沙律菜,海草及紫菜脆脆,多重口感~黃金鹹蛋黃薯條~咸蛋黃很有咸香,每條熱辣香脆的薯條均沾到鹹多黃,好吃~
