難得朋友撇甩腦細唔使OT,所以同佢行左陣銅鑼灣就過黎呢間幾有FEEL嘅西餐廳,食返餐飲返杯。剛入餐廳門口熱鬧非常,有別於一般安靜嘅環境,呢度更有美式家庭嘅感覺,大家黎呢度似聚餐而唔係單單咁食餐飯。因為係星期一嘅關係,有呢個MONDAY SEAFOOD NIGHT。所以同朋友點左個SET再加點左兩樣套成一餐。先黎係八爪魚薯仔沙律。簡單以八爪魚腳做成前菜,調味清爽令人胃口大開。八爪魚鬚煮得夠腍身,配上旁邊嘅香草醬,味道十分夾。薯仔用上新薯而且連皮烤焗口感更好。有餚又點可以無酒,所以問左侍應點左兩杯HOUSE WINE:AIREN,酒色微淡檸檬黃,帶點蜜桃香味,清爽嘅味道同今晚嘅海鮮味道幾夾。話口未完海鮮就到了,有虎蝦/青口/大蜆/薯仔/粟米及香腸。份量以兩個人黎講啱啱好。虎蝦夠鮮味,肉質彈牙爽口配上牛油蒜茸醬汁,更能引出蝦肉本身嘅爽甜。青口同大蜆都飽滿,最重要係入口一啲都唔腥同無沙,食落啖啖肉。其他嘅薯仔同粟米因為個醬汁嘅關係好入味,所以食晒真係幾飽肚。食得咁上下就點多個黑松露牛肝菌雲吞,上枱時覺得佢其貌不揚但撥開上層嘅肉醬後,底下嘅雲吞好飽滿。裡面包滿牛肝菌所以入口好濃嘅菌香,配上微辣嘅
