星期五又係做完義工,之前食完日本野之後,行過見到有一間上海野。自從去完上海,之後就對上海美食情有獨鐘,即使我食左好野,點都要試下呢間。生煎包好似係呢度嘅招牌菜,叫左四個生煎包同朋友一齊開心share,喺枱上面仲有一張點樣食生煎包既instruction,朋友冇睇一下就咬咗落去,滾燙肉汁辣親佢條脷,其實只要咬開上面既包,輕輕吹下佢,等佢稍為冷卻之後先慢慢品嚐,好滋味。雞絲粉皮份量略為少咗啲,但品質上都係唔錯嘅,粉皮夠彈牙唔會淋埋一pat pat 咁,都有唔少雞絲係入面,混埋個醬十分開胃,好岩我食飽飽冇咩胃口個時食。
