Cold cuts & cheese board ($160)很豐富,火腿醃肉有3種,coppa piacentina、cooked ham、salami Milano; 最愛coppa piacentina,酒紅色的肉帶雪白的油紋,愛它的咸香味,油份也剛好。芝士也有3種,grana padano、montasi cheese、gorgonzola cheese,非常不錯的assortment,有不同的芝士軟硬度和香氣。

The black Italian truffle burger ($188),有驚喜,truffle不是醬,而是幾塊Tuscany松露片放在芝士上,香。Burger肉也甚有quality,手剁USDA certified prime black angus striploin,面煎得香脆,鎖住肉汁,所以非常juice,整體好有水準。

Spaghetti Mediterranean ($145),pasta用上Mancini的,是真正的Made in Italy!用上傳統意大利的homemade蕃茄sauce,酸味味又好rich蕃茄味,加上buffalo mozzarella好chewy,令到意粉味道有好多層次,這個組合很棒。

Hot stone USDA certified black angus striploin ($225),烤牛扒熱石上,很精美,附4款dipping sauce,以Italian extra virgin olive oil 為主,加上white truffle/ chilli / lemon juice & garlic / balsamic vinegar。牛扒肉味很香,質地柔軟嫩滑,超美味!個人推薦lemon juice & garlic 和white truffle,令到牛扒味道更多flavour,現在不用去佛羅倫斯吃牛扒了。注意熱石令到牛扒keep住熱,所以要食快些,不然會變全熟。
