認識老闆娘SaSa也有好一段日子,很喜歡她爽朗的性格及處事認真的態度,而對食物的要求,更是去到「雞蛋裏挑骨頭」的地步,一係唔做;要做就要做到最好,為達目標、不惜工本。要看一頓飯吃得是否滿意或物有所值,食物質素及價錢是互為影響,很多客人試過一次之後,便成為這裡的常客,我們便是其中之一。早前得知她的店子喬遷,連帶店名也是一新,直至踏足新店,看到風格大轉變,加入了很多新元素;充斥著異國風情,摩洛哥藍色小鎮的縮影、旋轉樓梯、竹棚下的大沙發,令人有一刻身處異地之感,處處都是打咭點。開放式廚房全沒油煙味;可一邊享受美食,一邊欣賞廚師手藝。自家種植香草,farm to table,自然食得開心又放心。如喜品茗,這裏也有多款茶種可供選擇,如花茶、台灣茶、烏龍茶、12年熟普洱茶等等,相信總能找到你喜歡的味道。我們被安排在茶室內用餐,自成一角、悠然自得!這次嚐的是西班牙菜($680/位),共9款小吃;一款主食及INARI靚茶,什麼?以為小吃填不了肚?放心,友人與我兩個大男人也吃得甚為滿足。首先到埸的小吃有橄欖、Manchego羊奶芝士、醋漬鯷魚、西班牙Hamon Serrano火腿及SaSa私人送的脆條。
