To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企樓下就有間大家樂,不過平時好少可會去食,因為覺得佢冇乜新嘢好試,所以一直以來都興致唔高。不過今日趕住出門口,想快快趣趣填飽個肚佢就算,點不知竟然比我試到正嘢。大家樂最出名莫過於佢個一哥焗豬扒飯,但今次搞搞新意思,出咗個吉列雞扒焗飯,咁佢個飯底同汁都依然係同佢個signature一哥焗豬扒飯一樣,飯底係蛋炒飯,面頭鋪滿茄汁、粟米同芝士,但個吉列雞扒就高質過焗豬扒好多,可能因為personal preference,我係偏好外脆內軟嘅肉類啦,佢又好juicy好嫩滑,所以我個人來講係覺得塊吉列雞扒好正嘅,希望之後佢會keep住出吉列雞扒系列啦。
