N年無去過蘇豪揾食,無諗到會咁令人驚喜!Book左7點,星期一嘅晚上都有大半滿坐,坐低無耐就有專人介紹是日special ,揀咗個以下四個菜式:1. 順德野生大麻哥立鱗燒 陳川粉配海鮮汁➡️➡️ 魚塊無打鱗炸焗到好香脆,魚身下面再釀咗虎蝦膠,咬落去上面脆下面爽口中間鮮味,個海鮮汁食落似西式龍蝦湯,浸透陳川粉簡直一絕,但又完全無蓋過魚塊本身嘅鮮味👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼2. 西班牙Iberia 黑毛豬叉燒温泉蛋韓國紫菜飯➡️➡️唔好講笑,個叉燒真係入口即溶,但又完全唔係淋到無質感嗰種,一試難忘😋3. 唔係好記得個名,大概係咖喱玉子豆腐焗大啡菇➡️➡️比起另外兩個主菜,呢個小食係無咁出色,但佢個咖喱都好香,輕食之選 4. 惹味金蒜涼拌魷魚➡️➡️魷魚好新鮮彈牙,配上沙葛同日式爽口海藻,個汁小小酸好清新,雖然話係小食但份量一啲都唔算細手工啤我哋揀咗隻有大麻成份嘅,但唔係好覺有大麻味道,都ok嘅。誠意位可能大家覺得好平常,但我同朋友就好buy,正所謂見微知著。唔賣關子,就係熱盆用暖碟,冷盆用冰碟(雪凍咗嘅碟),要俾個👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
