男朋友係中環返工, 成日都會發掘唔同既食肆, 我地得閒就會一齊去試今日去左小巷既鋪頭食日式串燒座位唔多, 但吧檯都係圍住師傅整野食既窗, 後尾見到師傅會將唔同既食物放上下兩層咁燒餐牌設計特別,好似奏摺咁打開我地叫左牛(牛舌同和牛串)、雞(免治雞肉棒+雞頸皮+雞腎)仲有海鮮(鹽燒鰻魚串,燒明太子,帶子),店員會係燒之前砌個串燒拼盤比你睇下,都幾有心思我地仲叫左個沙律同丼飯鳥世一沙律,份量比我想像中既大份沙律醋幾開胃,幾fresh,流心蛋正燒明太子,略嫌鹹咗啲,不過好在有青瓜配合(應該比唔燒既明太子鹹) 雞頸皮我真係未食過, 佢比平時雞皮稍為厚,但都好脆口,好惹味和牛串燒到好粉嫩,肉質啱啱好,又keep到佢juicy,肉味香濃當然唔少得佢既鹽燒鰻魚串,魚皮燒到好脆,尤其d邊邊位燒鳥世一丼 可以一次過食勻曬4大雞肉串燒仲有湯同漬物 串燒啖啖肉,加埋醬汁撈飯一流雖然每樣一串,嗌嘅種類唔太多,但都夠晒兩個人食鳥世一,果然雞類食物出色
