燒飯團- was looking forward to it but a bit disappointed. Firstly, it came from the kitchen and not the open flames. Secondly it was very thick, so the center was too moist. The exterior was crunchy but a bit burnt in places. Someone said they added soy sauce too early.

想食咗串燒一段時間了,朋友借我生日嘅名義帶我嚟試備長炭串燒,佢已經嚟過幾次了。串燒的首輪下單店員會一次過把食材盛好,主要是展示他們新鮮的食材,其次是讓你拍照強烈推介提燈,好好食!!店員提議全部一次過入口進食,卵巢唔會太瘦有口感,蛋蛋完全流質,「啵」一聲爆開,蛋黃嘅香味一湧而出,誇張。雞皮、雞肝也是值得推介,表面不會太乾太硬,充份保留食材嘅質感!基本上所有嘢食都很不錯,相比之下燒海鱔有點遜色了,食起來有一點草青味道,可能是和清酒不現配(?)記得要訂位,佢會send link綁信用卡每位$200 deposit,反正唔飛機佢就唔會扣數~

朋友生日選了一間貴價一點外觀又高檔的日式串燒店, 當日中午時間,吧檯得兩組客人,一位男經理,一位串燒師父,說明訂座坐底後,首先看似經理沒有招呼理會,一直在鋪後面沒有出來,到我們叫點餐,他的態度十分惡劣,粗聲粗聲,有時還帶點質疑我們,之後全程兩檯人自己坐自已食,沒有其他人在招呼,師父沒有任何交流,一份似港式茶餐廳感覺,以為去了佐敦港式串燒店,明明是間日式串燒,連一句日文也聽不到,沒說有日式待客之道。論食物,一般,說是有備長炭店,但不覺太有炭燒味,也沒有太特別,但是價錢是同區貴,因為朋友生日,本來有幾間選擇,最後選了這間貴一點,看過食評,可能是膳稿,怎知食不到日式感覺也沒有好好服務,雖然火起但㩒住,因為有點不好意思,總括,整過食飯過程沒有日式感覺,還得到冷招待,一定不值這個價。慎選。

非常喜歡吃Yakitori, 知道這家店是太興集團旗下的,想試試這位日式師傅的出品是否與眾不同因為是星期五,全場爆滿但可惜看見員工是機械式的操作,服務一般,找不到日式餐廳的優質服務水平呢燒物並不是太突出,香港有好幾間日本師傅的出品比他們優勝啊!另外這家yakitori 沒有什麼雞的特別部位可以選擇,而香港現今巳有許多日式燒鳥店有不同及稀有的部位給客人選擇,只是平凡的菜單而收費一點也不便宜!最後我認為他們要搞搞氣氛,否則在這𥚃晚餐太沉悶了!

稱為“鳥世一”,在Openrice更好評如潮,愛吃串燒的我們前來一試。店子小小的,U型的bar枱大概十多個座位,中間一大個燒烤爐,看上去是挺厲害的。食物質素其實是不差的,雞肝尤其好吃,很有炭香而且燒的剛好,內面保留著軟滑的質感,卻又不會過生而有血腥味。其他都可以,就是和牛有點過熟,而且HK$168一串分量卻是比想像中少。總體經驗是可以的,不過兩人點的不特別多但帳單HK$1,200多,性價比實屬較低,雖然午市套餐的話划算一些,但短期內再訪機會不高。

我最喜歡係雞冠同雞翼,兩個都做得幾突出,雞翼有全翼同中翼,同事話全翼好食,我無食到剩係覺得中翼已經好出色。

個銀杏又係好精細,燒得剛剛就好,溫度感覺都不能不讚。

今日朋友介紹之下, 去咗中環同上環間, 一間隱世嘅串燒店, 裏面有座無虛席, 環境走型格路線,大家可以坐住吧枱, 睇住廚師烹調手羽先,羽先燒至金黃色,皮脆肉嫩,絲毫不油膩,保留到雞肉鮮味之餘,伴隨表面鳥開雞翼鹽及黑胡椒的香氣煙肉蘆筍卷, ... 蘆筍煙肉卷顏色好看味道又好,煙肉烤一烤搭配蘆筍來吃一點油膩感都沒有。而且幾乎不用調味,已經相當美味爽口,宮崎黑毛和牛, 肉質非常彈牙、入口後其美味在口中散發開來,好juicy, 口感卻清爽不油膩銀鱈魚,用西京燒既方法烹調,鱈魚的肉質細緻、油脂豐厚、多汁,用簡單的味噌醬醃漬後,甜甜鹹鹹的味道配飯剛剛好稻庭烏冬,湯頭甜甜,稻庭烏冬則幼滑細膩,輕輕一吸就從舌尖滑到喉嚨裡,爽口無比。

鳥世一在九如坊比較容易找到,餐廳外型比較日式所以幾出眾,店內bar台居多可以見到日藉大廚即場燒物,抽煙系統極佳!唔會有太大煙既感覺。餐牌設計非常有心思又夠靚,主打串燒為主,亦有omakase串燒menu.鳥世一沙律,清新鮮甜既蕃茄配雞蛋再有沙律菜再有d日式菜,汁醬幾清新唔會太濃!雞肉唔乾身帶肉香,整體幾開胃。免治雞肉棒,蛋香濃郁再配上即燒既免治雞肉棒,入口口感帶點爽脆感,雞肉幾juicy,外層焦香金黃!和蛋汁配得好夾,滋味無窮。鹿兒島黑豚五花腩生菜卷,豚肉keep到嫩身!燒到幾香,配個醬是靈魂所在,大增惹味感!要用生菜包住食更有風味呢。鰻魚飯既鰻魚燒得皮脆肉又夠滑,唔會有過多鰻魚汁醬,食番原味更令味道更突出,魚香唔會帶草腥味!幾高質數既鰻魚飯。
