提早慶祝父親節,爸爸喜歡清淡,一行三人找素食去!找到這家素食店,樓頂很高加水晶吊燈,有茗茶角落,櫃面連百子櫃,裝修花了不少心思!説到食物,先來小吃"魷魚絲"和脆山葵縲絲粉佐茶,很滋味,一口氣被我們全吃光!前菜點了泰式串燒,沾了川辣汁醬,不太辣,很惹味!三杯雞,是豆卜麵筋做的,伴有馬蹄九層塔,很夠火喉,只是略帶偏甜。羅漢齋煲,是整晚最清淡的一道菜,我爸的"飛佛"!野菌有天然甜味,荷蘭豆、甜椒、生筋、木耳,愛原始天然風味的必試!!最後一道菜,芋粒欖菜野菌炒飯,非常驚喜!芋粒切得很細,炸脆,非常有口感,米飯也非平日吃的那種,爸估計是台灣入口的粘米,不黏,很有嚼勁!野菌淸新味道,這個飯下次去一定會再吃!!!餐後,還送上紅豆沙,這個一般,但整個晚飯已心滿意足!!!
