既然今晚有人萬歲 我就揀咗平時唔係好捨得去食幾十元一串嘅串燒嚟作為晚餐 一開始就點咗餐廳馳名嘅荔枝豬肉卷 ~ 荔枝味道鮮甜,再加埋豬肉嘅表面微微燒焦, 充滿炭香, 呢個配搭一流! 建議趁熱吃,熱辣辣嘅外皮搭未完全加熱嘅荔枝,那種冷熱反差, 確係有驚喜雞皮~ 雞皮燒得夠脆, 咬落去有濃厚雞肉味, 好食牛油焗雜菌 ~味道偏淡, 又冇乜特別, 如果再加多啲牛油或加啲蒜泥, 再燒濃少少, 味道應該會再出啲, 咁樣會更加好味米笳子田樂 ~ 表面佈滿味噌醬, 味道偏鹹其他燒物都好食, 只是沒太大驚喜! 不過有人請係好食啲同開心嘅
