To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為從小飲早茶到大的廣東人,這家點心店驚艷到我了! ! !店鋪不大,位置也比較擁擠,快餐店的感覺。萬萬沒想到如此低調的環境竟然出品上乘口感精緻,不輸大酒樓。「酥皮叉燒包」外皮酥脆,剛端上來時裡面的叉燒很燙,但非常香濃,哪怕燙傷嘴皮也忍不住吞下去。「香煎蘿蔔糕」貨真價實的蘿蔔糕,裡面能吃出蘿蔔絲。口感香軟,但味道較單調。
