To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘商廈內的素食店,間中吃吃素也是不錯的。入內環境是座位安排分別在左右兩邊,中間位置放有一列長枱放有不同素食品可供選購。2餸飯,3選2,生煎蓮藕餅,蓮藕切成細粒條混粉成餅狀,原味無增添額外的調味料,新鮮脆爽,只是畧為覺得份量少咗些。北菇紅燒豆腐,大大塊鮮冬菇片爽軟,紅燒豆腐軟淋,炆得入味之餘又唔鹹,這款就份量較多,可以彌補一下。青紅蘿蔔湯,雖是齋湯但青紅蘿蔔煮出來的味道也很清甜。此處可添湯添飯,但重點是不要浪費。
