To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

表妺十分喜愛台灣寶島美食，昨天晚上相約品嚐以台式休閑為主的《茶木》晚餐。室內面積寬躺，簡潔裝飾有舒閒感覺。選擇了卡位坐低，餐牌上很多目不暇給的選擇，令人有少許選擇困難症😅！最後決定了兩客主食，古早紅燒牛肉拌麵及烏賊汁奶油中卷手作麵。古早紅燒牛肉拌麵 $74:可媲美台灣地道的，牛肉軟嫩，湯濃味厚，超好吃😋，台灣味道番曬嚟。烏賊汁奶油中卷手作麵 $86:特製的手工麵，口感彈牙有嚼勁，加上濃郁奶油香味，咀嚼完黑墨汁麪條，咀邊被沾黑了😀。310 糖心蛋$46: 端上檯已令人垂涎欲滴😋，糖心蛋最大的賣點是蛋白熟，而蛋黃半熟不凝固，蛋白滲透醬油味。再呷一口脆脆黑糖瀑布珍珠奶茶$44: 有一串芋圓串起，再將佢將滿布水杯邊沿的melo 脆卜卜黑糖刮入奶蓋珍珠奶茶同喝，十分滋味，唔會太甜👍。最後的甜品：青蘋果酪梨蜜糖磚塊$88 更精彩，賣相吸睛，打卡一流，顏色鮮艷，引來其他食客的眼光，三大塊切好的暖暖蜜糖厚多士再配雪糕超yummy! 下班後，好好享受精美餐點，放鬆一下，忘記平時的緊繃，這兒是個休閒的chill地方。😌+++++++++++++++如果大家喜歡💕我寫既食評，麻煩比個❤️鼓勵一下我，我會寫更多
