在啟德的這間西餐廳很吸引,食物質素高,我們點了套餐吃,很豐富。餐廳環境很有氣氛!前菜很出色:新鮮生蠔和柚子焗蠔各有特色,沒有腥味,但保留海水清新味道,沾檸檬汁更滋味,肉質鮮甜。巴馬火腿配哈蜜瓜:薄片火腿咸香味十足,哈蜜瓜清甜可解膩,喜歡這配搭。是日精選餐湯是西班牙雜菜湯,配料很豐富,蘿蔔碎粒爽口,蕃茄入味,配搭各種雜菜。有西班牙風味,鮮艷奪目。香煎大蝦蕃茄莎莎鮮肉鮮甜,品種好大隻,沾醬吃更入味。主菜很滋味,我選了香煎比目魚配紅花忌廉汁伴時令菜,魚肉很嫩滑,慢煮把火侯控制得很好,魚皮煎得很香脆。香煎牛柳配黑松露汁的牛柳香嫩,我建議吃五成熟,配菜有蕃茄,薯仔和秋葵,健康又滋味。一邊喝百香果特飲,一邊吃美食。我極喜歡甜品擺設,心太軟配草莓味雪糕,把朱古力醬和雪糕一起吃,冷熱交替,有花朵形狀的餅乾很香脆。另外是日甜品是法式蒸蛋,我喜歡上層的焦糖甜脆,有藍莓水果點綴,蛋非常香滑。
