咁啱行過,見到個餐廳名知道係出名嘅,第一次幫襯,一入到去成間舖都冇餐牌,一嚟個員工就問我要大定細,我連價錢都未知,好啦咁多人都食緊冇死嘅,細啦。我就唔係食家,亦都唔係油渣愛好者,但係佢顛倒咗我對油渣嘅感覺,我真係想知道呢碗面入邊邊一個係油渣,我食到有幾舊炸個嘅豬肉,我怕失禮唔敢問點解冇油渣,因為我驚我對油渣嘅理解有錯誤,之前食過幾間油渣麵都係脆既爽嘅唔係肉嚟嘅。
