To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然間好掛住添好運嘅酥皮焗叉燒包,今日同朋友專登過去食。19:50左右去到,唔使排隊,但見入面都坐得幾滿,呢d就係添好運嘅威力。每樣點心都唔算貴,有咁嘅水準,完全感覺物超所值,相信有去過添好運嘅朋友,都會愛上呢間點心專門店。酥皮焗叉燒包 $20見到幾乎每張枱都有點呢個叉燒包,就知道佢係必點項目,去親添好運一定唔可以錯過。一碟有3個,外層好鬆化,叉燒又夠味。滿足晒味覺嘅享受。晶瑩鮮蝦餃 $28熱辣辣,一睇就知啱啱出爐,相機食完已經急不及待要放入口。蝦嘅口感好脆身,蝦餃皮又真係整到晶瑩剔透,好鍾意食蝦嘅我,一定要推薦呢個。香煎蘿蔔糕 $15有3件,唔會煎得太燶,囗感好soft,配埋辣醬一齊食,特別好味。黃沙豬潤腸 $22腸粉夠滑,豬潤仲keep到有少少爽口,好食。
