To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到這間拉麵店，令我想起多年前去北海道的情景，落住雪去了一間拉麵店食宵夜，而這間位於大角咀的拉麵店，拉麵好有那種溫暖的味道!拉麵店座位不算很多，他們的麵是由北海道空運過來的，而湯底亦是用上北海道的湯底。我們每人點了一個一人餐，套餐包了有拉麵，還有小食一份和汽水一枝!點餐後，老闆娘為我們送上他們自家製的薯仔沙律，沙律好有日本家庭式的感覺，薯仔粒都幾大粒，還有紅蘿蔔粒拌在一起，很美味!招牌牛油拉麵，湯底有很香的牛油味，幾香濃，但不會很肥膩!這個拉麵有叉燒、紫菜、粟米、筍片、大蔥片，叉燒不會很肥，粟米、筍片爽口，拉麵軟硬度適中，整體很有北海道風味!北海道醬油拉麵，湯底好濃醬油味，所以味道較濃!醬油拉麵除了有叉燒、粟米、筍片，還有溏心蛋。串燒雞翼，這裡的雞翼很出名，所以點了一客試試。雞皮燒到脆邊，雞肉嫩滑又juicy，而且鹽份充足，十分香口!自家制餃子，餃子都幾大粒，而且餡料很多。白菜豬肉餡很juicy，再點上餃子醋，開胃又惹味!這裡的汽水是樽裝汽水，氣度十足!
