To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 今晚朋友突然話好掛著蟹粉豆腐鍋嘅味道於是去左沙嗲王蟹粉豆腐鍋一如既往好味蟹粉味滲透咸蛋王味好邪惡蟹肉就比平時多左薄餅好鬆軟好大塊配呢個鍋真係絕配呢個新出嘅組合都好抵食 4十幾蚊有埋野似滑蛋香茅豬扒飯豬扒醃得好入味每一啖都有香茅味仲有呢個黃金軟殼蟹好正用咗好多鹹蛋黃去炸隻軟殼蟹食落口充滿鹹蛋黃同鹹蛋黃嘅油食完真係罪惡感爆棚太多咸蛋黃嘅關係兩個人都食唔晒呢度嘅野環境方面呢度啲位都幾闊落坐得都幾舒服餐廳都算乾淨
