今天來荃灣行街,竟然有我最鍾意的越南菜,有段時間冇食更加想念⭐️生牛肉河粉河粉熟度剛剛好,帶點彈牙,牛肉淋上熱湯瞬間熟透卻又不老,香而不騷,配上香濃的湯頭令人食慾大增。⭐️烤豬頸肉豬頸肉口感很紮實帶點煙韌,鹹中帶甜,香而不膩,配上河粉或是白飯都好食。⭐️軟殼蟹米紙卷軟殼蟹炸的酥酥脆脆,紙米卷中包住米粉,軟中帶脆,口感、層次完全被帶出來。⭐️炒通菜馬拉盞味道香濃,通菜又很新鮮,且口感超爽脆,大大一盤可兩人吃呀。⭐️桂圓紅棗茶除咗桂圓同紅棗外還加入菊花玫瑰,另味道更有層次,估唔到竟然是微甜的飲料,真係好難得呀⭐️青檸椰青水平時都單飲椰青,這次睇到加上青檸當然要試下先,椰青本身係好清涼加上青檸有種很清新的味道,好適合搭配越南菜。
