今日lunch 突然興起想食大阪燒之類,又突然醒起呢間野bookmark 左好耐而又無食過,所以見今日有時間就出黎試試了。因為係紅日,雖然係lunch 時間,但都好多人排隊,排左差唔多半個鐘,終於到我地了。我地被安排係最角落頭既位置,自成一角。因最低消費每人要$100, 而我地有兩個人,叫兩個御好燒又未夠$200, 所以另外再叫左碟牛舌。我地揀左芝士四重奏御好燒同埋道頓堀豪華7品。牛舌首先呈上,燒完好快食得,味道都唔錯。然後到重頭戲,御好燒!先將佢地搞勻後,直接倒落板到燒五分鐘,然後反轉再燒。其實餐廳內有教學點煮,所以大家都唔洗擔心。燒完後加上醬汁。搞掂!兩款都好好味,都推薦!
