「想食就食系列」今晚由男朋友發板,佢就揀左食呢間日式omakase😃呢間餐廳嘅環境有別於一般木系色調,反以黑色時尚感,比我有種浪漫優雅嘅感覺👍🏻坐底一陣,已經為我哋端上前菜!⭐️有酸酸口味嘅水雲,一食已經好開胃⭐️有肉質清爽嘅榮螺,不過味道有少少苦……⭐️有清甜脆感嘅白粟米⭐️有微微風乾過嘅海老🦐呢度嘅刺身份量比一般餐廳多,一件壽司上面有幾塊刺身😍「鱸魚」上面有橙黃色嘅烏魚子,香味濃郁不死鹹,食到鮮味甜味😋令鱸魚嘅鮮味更上一層樓!「赤崎生蠔」呢隻蠔不得了,肥美大隻,口感爽口,正😋「帆立貝壽司」帆立貝下面有紫海膽,味道鮮上加鮮,令味蕾變得更奢華👍🏻「池魚」呢款池魚嘅體脂有10%以上,配上無花果汁+芝華+蔥,成個感覺好豐富,有層次感🤩「北海道甜蝦白蝦壽司」爽甜甜蝦同綿滑白蝦cross over原來味道咁perfect㗎❤️「白海膽杯」幾層嘅白海膽推埋一齊,甘甜味道非常濃郁,口感細滑,好讚呀😍「赤身醬油漬」呢個赤身用左熟成法,用左清油、醬油醃左20日, 但醬油味唔會好濃,反而更能帶出魚嘅鮮味,熟成左嘅赤身比平時更易入口,無左好濃嘅腥味😍而且口感更軟滑!「無筋大拖羅」用左紫菜包住左大拖羅,紫菜非常香脆👍

「海鮮湯」平時係omakase餐廳食完壽司刺身後,都一定會有碗熱騰騰嘅味噌湯,但味噌湯太濃味,我一般都唔太有興趣😛
但呢個海鮮湯正正岩哂我口味😍 滿滿都是海鮮嘅清甜味😋
結尾係紫薯蛋糕+日本蜜瓜
烘焙綠茶有消滯感,烘焙味非常突出,真係好想拎埋啲茶葉返屋企沖😃
