To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食焗薯嘅都可以試試！

門口見到餐牌好多野食揀，又意粉又飯又焗薯，所以就求其入去開餐醫肚！👻🍽點知入面個餐牌同出面完果個係兩個世界，又油又污糟。洗左手先入嚟嘅朋友仔下次可以慳返，因為你點完餐之後隻手會即刻污糟曬！🤢點左呢到似乎係最飽嘅「黑椒牛柳粒焗薯🐮🥔」，有少少失望，因為黑椒汁太咸，完全影響曬焗薯嘅味道。太咸都唔緊要，衰得佢吖，個焗薯仲細過我個拳頭，食左落肚都無飽嘅感覺。見到隔離台碟雞扒意粉，又大份又平過我，真係心有不甘，所以下次都係食返碟頭野算數！😣😣不過以焗薯嚟講都還可以，下次叫過第二款菜試試看啦😜！
