今日去粉嶺帝庭軒見客,傾完嘢同個客一齊去食啲嘢,客人帶我去對面一間串燒店,店仔細細只有大約20個位,都幾乾淨企理。客人近來個胃麻麻地,所以盡量叫唔辣嘅食物,見手寫餐牌有啲特別項目,當然唔會錯過啦。我哋決定呢餐少肉多菜,係呀,有多種蔬菜選擇架。燒芫茜呢樣最特別,大家都未食過,食落多汁又香又好味,估唔到咁好食喎燒原條茄子肉質軟熟唔乾又唔油,加埋蒜蓉、蔥花同少量辣椒粒,一絲絲嘅茄子肉,惹味又唔會過濃,好味!燒雞泡魚乾雞泡魚乾又香又甜有咬口,一條接一條,食到唔停得口,正呀!燒秋葵熟度剛剛好,調味適中,唔乾有汁,好鍾意喎。燒蘆筍仔清甜爽軟又無渣, 非常美味啊!見店員買菠蘿回來,燒菠蘿共有6塊,新鮮香甜又多汁。芝士蘑菇串,好香芝士味,入口汁液豐富,新鮮好味。燒花虎蝦虎蝦好新鮮,肉質彈牙,仲細心剪去蝦鬚腳,方便食用,抵讚!安格斯牛嫩口有牛味,正!多春魚香脆乾身,好惹味。蒜香焗沙白錫紙包住蜆、蒜蓉、蔥粒、粉絲一齊焗,粉絲吸收咗蜆汁嘅精華,好惹味,蜆肉肥美又鮮甜。尖椒皮蛋面頭鋪滿香辣蒜泥,尖椒又香又辣,好過癮。
