雖然細個冇咩接觸印度菜,但大個咗又會成日想食😛今次同屋企人嚟咗間類似酒吧嘅餐廳,見到門口仲寫住有水煙提供,相信係居港印度人party嘅好地方🙈不過我哋係唔煙唔酒嘅人士,所以6:30就咁去食晚餐,入邊一個客都冇🤣兩個人加埋叫咗Plain Naan($22)、印式羯茶雞($82)同海德拉巴炒飯($72),職員話呢種炒飯即係有加雞肉嘅香料蒸制飯🤓首先會送2塊脆餅做前菜,加埋清新嘅薄荷汁真係好正,其實我唔鍾意薄荷製品,但呢款醬冇草青味、涼涼地又唔會太刺激,搞到我忍唔住清埋淨咗嘅醬😆一份Naan有3塊切半嘅烤餅,每塊大概係半隻碟嘅size,所以2個人食絕對足夠👍🏻鬆軟得嚟少少煙靭嘅口感好正,唔會好似貝果咁硬,又比平時嘅空氣包實在😝呢碟炒飯一上枱已經好香,而且真係落足料,最底嗰層全部都係烤雞,至少有7舊匙羹size嘅雞塊🥰印度烤肉普遍唔係走嫩滑路線,而是講求燒烤嘅香同香料運用,所以唔會話好juicy,不過食落有超多香料味湧出嚟,仲要好夾🤩炒飯乾身且粒粒分明,因為好長所以食落有啲意粉感覺😂食完呢個羯茶雞都係唔太清楚同咖喱雞有咩分別,佢比起炒飯落咗更多香料,但又出奇地夾,真係好難形容😹醬汁配Naan食

我好鍾意印度菜將唔同香料發揮到淋漓盡致,就算偏辣嘅咖喱都唔係攞你命嗰種,食卡巴卷仲有大量生菜洋蔥,用料真係唔會就住就住😍
