今晚打算同朋友去尖東飲酒消遣,來到附近的越南餐廳食晚餐打底。店內裝潢富濃濃的越南色彩,一串串的越南斗笠十分別緻。酸子蝦,大大隻的蝦頭注滿鹹香的蝦膏,厚厚的蝦肉酸甜醒胃,加上蒜蓉及芫莤更添香味。上菜時,蝦肉位已剝殼,不用親手剝殼以致醬汁弄污手指,十分貼心~越式燒雞 (半隻), 雞皮焦香,雞肉肉汁豐富而充滿碳燒香味,再蘸上秘製醬料,嚐到濃厚的香茅、蒜蓉、蔥油及紅椒等味,鹹中帶辣,十分惹味,回味無窮~炸蝦餅,外層金黃香脆,內層蝦肉彈牙,蝦肉混合青蔥粒,再沾上酸甜醬,滋味醒胃。珍多冰,鮮甜的椰汁混合甜糯起沙的綠豆蓉,味道合襯,滿口椰香又透心涼。整餐份量十足,味道香濃獨特,惹味可口,令我對越南一貫只有淡味道食物的想法改觀!
