To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收晏時約了一班同事去宵夜,呢間係其中一個同事介紹,去到門面平實,店外放晒摺枱櫈,店外一個燒烤櫃檯,一行13人店員幫我們拼枱,飲品要入店內取!未叫食物店員已上沾醬(望落似沙嗲醬)食物選擇都幾多,串燒是港式的!由食過嘅同事發辦!好味:多春魚:燒得乾身又爆春,唔腥好味雞皮:平時唔食雞皮嘅我都食咗3塊,又乾又脆又惹味錫紙包蜆:多汁唔乾,食咗兩隻無沙牛肉:醃料入味,肉粒唔韌羊肉:醃料入味,肉粒唔韌,我食羊肉唔覺得膻錫紙金菇:多汁,好香蒜茸很香又不會太鹹豬腸:我極喜歡食腸,呢度唔壓又彈牙灼墨魚片:新鮮爽彈雞全翼:生燒,所以店員一開始就問定我哋要唔要落單,需要點時間,首先我個人唔喜歡食雞翼,都覺得好味,外面脆,入面熟又離骨,而非常嫩滑Ok:豆卜:自己唔喜歡豆卜芝士丸:自己唔喜歡食丸腎:自己喜歡腎的,惹味但太乾錫紙娃娃菜:味道清甜,但太淋,菜葉近乎爛燒蠔:來到只剩4隻,要晒,抽中可以食😂,我抽中咗,蠔🦪新鮮,加大量蒜茸,燒得唔乾雞軟骨:自己唔喜歡雞軟骨燒菠蘿:菠蘿多汁,不過燒得唔夠火喉,所以同食菠蘿片無乜分別不好味:牛肋骨:太鹹(最後食唔晒嘅一樣)鹹牛舌:牛舌肉見到不同位置就不同色,中央淺色是好味的,

好味:
多春魚:燒得乾身又爆春,唔腥好味
雞皮:平時唔食雞皮嘅我都食咗3塊,又乾又脆又惹味

不好味:
牛肋骨:太鹹(最後食唔晒嘅一樣)
鹹牛舌:牛舌肉見到不同位置就不同色,中央淺色是好味的,但件數不多,而外圍部分太鹹,所以唔好味嘅機率好高
金菇肥牛卷:肥牛部分太短(應該一條肥牛切半用)所以燒肥膏一收縮就碎晒!平衡唔到金菇

Ok類其實係口味問題,主要食材不是我喜好吧!店員們有禮,好爽手嗰種,勤快加沾醬收碟,仲送了碟墨魚片!大家都好盡興!
