To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 九龍塘呢個地方真係好耐未去過,嗰陣時候讀書仲會經過大學,但係而家就少去咗好多。又唔會想去隔離嗰個浸會醫院架哈哈。呢間金記係附近比較多人食嘅食肆,我去到嘅時候可能係晚宴時間,門口都需要等位先至可以入去。一行三人就叫咗三個小菜,菜圃炒蛋,豆豉鯪魚油麥菜,金菇肥牛煲,全部都係一啲比較常見嘅小菜。個菜圃炒蛋煎得好金黃色,係全熟一種。菜圃炒蛋亦都唔適宜炒半熟,要全熟先至會煎得出菜圃嘅香。豆豉鮻魚油麥菜,而家自己屋企反而好少煮呢一個餸,因為買一罐豆豉鯪魚都要20幾蚊仲貴過出去食。所以出到嚟嘅時候咁梗係要喺呢度食啦,豆豉鯪魚又多,炒個菜又夠火喉。金菇肥牛煲一定係會撈飯嘅首選,又有肥牛嘅香,又有金菇吸左沙嗲味夠爽口。一個送食到一碗好似山甘高嘅白飯,正。好彩金記仲有好多間,去到其他地區都有得開飯。
