天后區畢嬲都多小店好野食,行行下就聞到浸辣味,因為身邊個個都唔食辣,難得今日友人嗜辣,就試下間川菜。呢間野叫見見面,我地就叫左個酸菜烤青江魚小辣,你知辣呢家野間間份量都唔同嫁啦,都係保險啲好。條青江魚一上黎,除左好大條之外重好厚肉,三個人食其實都夠食。佢條魚起左骨之外,成條都炸到金黃色先放係個爐上邊,相當有誠意。酸菜份量係適中既,唔會令到成盤烤魚過酸。配料佢都比到好足,有豆皮、蘿白、冬菇、芹菜咁。我地另外就加埋寬粉同窩荀。窩荀碌到淋吸左啲酸菜味基本上係無得輸。我地另外重叫左個黃喉,牛黃喉係香港就比較小見。黃喉既質感好特別,淋得黎又爽口,如果有機會真係要試下,佢比豬黃喉更加有層次。辣度方面小辣就好似譚仔5小辣既辣度咁。想去試下既朋友可以搵呢個做參考。

我地另外重叫左個黃喉,牛黃喉係香港就比較小見。黃喉既質感好特別,淋得黎又爽口,如果有機會真係要試下,佢比豬黃喉更加有層次。
