To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

打工仔每日最煩惱就係lunch食咩好日日食同款又怕悶 轉餐廳又要搵試新野又怕伏又怕貴明日復明日 咁樣都幾攰見沙田真係食lunch食到冇idea同班同事決定轉場轉戰大圍金城茶餐廳外觀看似係間平平無奇既茶記但食物味道同質素真係有驚喜叫左呢到既名物椒鹽豬扒飯同埋煎肉餅飯大家share食兩個飯既下飯程度都係極高首先 椒鹽豬扒飯個醬汁好好味入口有辣椒辣味又帶出椒鹽的鹹香鹹鹹辣辣 香口惹味豬肉軟臨臨加上有大量蔥花伴碟好味好味到個煎肉餅飯份量十足既肉餅煎到金黄微焦豬肉香口但唔膩 有咬囗 好好味鐘意食辣可以加辣菜甫一齊食 (金城入面每張枱上都有一盅免費既辣菜甫等你送飯)呢到既飯 份量都好大下 味道唔錯可以話係大圍既高級碟頭飯好開心終於揾到一個新既lunch好去處
