To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

南乳雞翼干撈油麵有少少辣，于撈油麵特製嘅醬汁好香好入味，麵質彈牙，另外我仲加咗配乳雞翼作為餸菜，有4隻！南乳炸雞翼嘅外皮真係好香脆，中間帶有少量鹹香味，一咬落去仲要充滿肉汁，幾juicy!檳城白咖哩麵配無骨海南雞海南雞超滑！而且大大件！湯底有咖喱葉嘅香味仲有好濃郁嘅椰漿味！勁香！豆卜索曬湯底好正！摻摻由油麵同米粉交錯既口感好食！份量都幾大兜，唔會太辣，可能因為用㗎白咖哩跟餐嗌左樽馬拉拉茶飲落唔會死甜 茶底都算香濃，值得一試仲有薏米水細問之下發現原來係馬來西亞華橋開店同打理，食材都係由馬來西亞來貨難怪有別於坊間馬來西亞菜式！食落有正宗檳城口味！
